Utensil required for the "restaurant" portion of the design. Balance has a self serve apothecary juice bar on the first floor. User and environmental health goes hand in hand, and as its the main focus in our design. Thus, the main part of the cup is made out of biodegradable plastic. The bottom portion is made out of red cedar - the same wood of the interior pergola - with a natural and safe sealant. The straw is slightly curved to allow easy mixing as the juice bar is self serve - users are able to customize their drinks by mixing pre blended fruits and powdered proteins/vitamins.
